No, the P7 is DIY-friendly. With its minimalist quick-install bracket, you only need a drill and screwdriver. Most users complete installation in 15 minutes. The bracket supports 5 mm vertical adjustment to compensate for uneven walls.

First, hang the front edge of the curtain rail into the front lip of the bracket. Then, push the rear edge upward until you hear a distinct "click" sound, ensuring the curtain is securely locked in place.

This is usually a display error caused by delayed response from Apple Home service.
1. Ensure the curtain has power and is turned on.
2. Try controlling the curtain with the remote control, then restart the Apple Home APP.
3. If the problem persists, please follow the troubleshooting steps in the APP.

The P7 is designed to operate with noise below 45dB. If you experience significant abnormal noise or shaking:
1. Use the included mini level to check if the curtain is installed horizontally along the bottom edge of the front cover. If not level, use the included Phillips screwdriver to adjust the nuts under the mounting brackets on the back of the curtain.

First, check if the remote control batteries need to be replaced. If the batteries are working properly, the remote control may have lost connection. Please follow the steps in the user manual to re-pair the remote control with the motor.

Ensure you have an Apple Home hub that supports Thread (such as HomePod mini or Apple TV 4K). Open the Apple Home APP, click the "+", select "Add Accessory", then scan the Matter QR code provided on the curtain or in the user manual.

Download the Reze Flow APP and register an account. Locate the network pairing button at the bottom edge of the curtain side, press it briefly 4 times, then press and hold it for the 5th time until the LED indicator flashes. Open the APP, select "Add Device", and follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.

The limits are pre-set at the factory. We support adjustment of the lower travel limit (the position of the curtain bottom rail). Please press the [specific key combination] on the remote control to enter the limit setting mode. Move the curtain to the desired position, then press the [confirmation key] to save the new limit. For daily maintenance, use a feather duster or a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment on low suction to gently remove dust. For spot cleaning, use a damp cloth with neutral detergent to gently wipe; do not scrub vigorously or immerse the curtain in water.
